Response has been outstanding and we are having to close the sale of tickets for the Ball this year.  We are at full capacity and excited for the exceptional turnout that we are expecting!

NOTICE:  CHANGE OF VENUE.  Due to an unexpected problem the venue has moved to the old American Legion on S.Cherry Road!

This year's Ball will be held Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the American Legion facility located at 199 S. Cherry Road., Rock Hill.  We will begin preparing the facility for the Ball the week of November 2.  Volunteers are welcomed!

The Committee has purchased our raffle item:  1st place winner will receive a 1911 Colt .45 with shoulder holster and magazine!    The #2 place winner will win and free range time donated by Sportsman, and 3rd place is a Concealed Weapons Permit class donated and taught by DES, Inc. in Rock Hill . We'll need helpers for our various raffle locations.

We have  new ideas on fundraising between now and then, that will be fun and beneficial, and as usual, we will call on detachment members to assist.  We expect to do one at Sportsman in the near future, and our booth is ready to be set up at the Clover's SummerFest booth which will be held on Saturday, Sept. 12.

Volunteers will be needed for such items as seeking Silent Auction items, packaging them up, assisting with the Silent Auction on the evening of the Ball.  Al Guest is leading the Silent Auction so please get in touch with him at either (803) 322-5190 or alguest48@yahoo.com.  Below is the letter that Al Guest is using to take to potential donors, so please feel free to print it down, along with our 501(c)(3) confirmation letter.

The band will be Carolina Rythem, and On-The-Spot Photography will be doing our photos again too.  We know how much you enjoyed the food - so Outback Steakhouse is catering again too.

It's time to begin getting our Program Ads, so you can download the form and print it down and get started towards our goal of raising $8000 in ads this year. Go get the form (please scroll below) and click to open the form and print it down from your computer.

Updated information will be shared here as we progress.

As always - thank you for your support.
